水泥产业带：水泥产业带是正在建设中的东北极具影响力的生态产业带，辽宁省重要生产基地、全省水泥产业带第一级。产业带内投资条件完备，各类设施配套，规划总占地面积1844公顷，以水泥及与水泥相关的建材加工、现代物流等行业为主。目前，产业带内拥有日产4000吨干法水泥生产线8条，年产百万吨以上水泥粉磨站20家，水泥搅拌站3家，年产水泥1000万吨，产值30亿元。2020年，可建成日产4000吨干法水泥生产线13条，翼东水泥、恒威水泥、辽宁富山水泥、辽宁昌庆水泥等一批著名企业已在产业带内投资兴业。

        Cement Industrial Belt: Cement Industrial Belt belongs to ecological industrial belt with certain influence in northeast under construction, which is important production base in Liaoning Province and first-class cement industrial belt in Liaoning Province. There are perfect investment conditions with various matching facilities in the industrial belt and it is planned to cover an area of 1844 acres, which mainly deals in industries such as processing of cement and processing of construction material related to cement and modern logistics, etc. Currently, there are 8 dry-method cement production lines with daily  production capability of 4000 tons, 20 cement pulverizing stations with annual production capability over 1 million tons and 3 cement mixing plants, with annual cement output of 10 million tons and output value at RMB 3 billion Yuan. There will be 13 dry-method cement production lines with daily production capability of 4000 tons till 2020 and a group of famous enterprises such as Jidong Cement, Hengwei Cement, Liaoning Fushan Cement and Liaoning Changqing Cement, etc, have made investment and started business in this area and the cement industrial belt is becoming the industrial concentration base taking cement, construction materials and logistics as its main bodies.
